Somatic Coaching

 

The word soma, derived from its Greek meaning “a living organism in its wholeness,” points to something far beyond the separate existence of our mind, body, or spirit. Our soma is the integrated embodiment of our entire being.

Somatics is the practice of being in relationship with your body, mind, and spirit. It develops emotional intelligence by teaching you to listen to what your body is already communicating, allowing you to move through life with greater awareness, range, and intention.

Somatic coaching is a body-centered approach to transformation rooted in the understanding of the body as a living, integrated whole.  By learning to notice sensation, breath, and internal signals, we begin to build a deeper relationship with ourselves. From that place, new choices become possible.

A bespoke individualized , coaching experience designed for individuals ready to lead and live with greater clarity, presence, and self-trust.

Team Coaching 

Immersive sessions to strengthen alignment, trust, and execution. We combine somatic work with strengths-based frameworks to shift communication and leadership. Teams leave with a clearer, shared way of working together.

Group Workshops

I facilitate group spaces for diverse communities—including QTBIPOC individuals, people in recovery, and others seeking deeper awareness and connection. Through guided conversation and somatic practice, we explore how we relate to ourselves and each other.

The Tender Letter Club

A monthly invitation to return home to yourself. This mailing club is a gentle, tangible practice in somatics, presence, and embodying the wisdom of your body. Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully crafted letter centered around a guiding theme—an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your lived experience.

Inside, you'll also find a few seasonally rotating goodies like postcards, guided meditations, playlists, and other curated recommendations.

This is a space to soften, to notice, and to remember: your body holds deep knowing.
