This work is for all the people. Those under or over performing individuals who are at a turning point in how they relate to themselves and their life—those who sense something is ready to shift, even if it’s not yet fully clear what that is.

This is for those who sense the ways they’ve learned to operate no longer serve where they’re going.

You may have explored therapy, coaching, or personal development—and are now looking for something more embodied. Something that brings you back into relationship with your body, not just your thoughts.

There’s a part of you that knows there is more available. Not more to do—but a different way to be.

About me

I’m Bri.

I’m a somatic practitioner, lifelong learner, and someone deeply devoted to building worlds where people can be present, open, and connected to what is.

Before this work, I spent years in tech and venture capital,  environments that required me to perform, produce, and hold a lot. I know what it’s like to be successful on the outside while feeling disconnected on the inside.

 

Somatics gave me a way back. To feel, trust, and move differently in my life.

As a coach, I bring my full self into the room—my queerness, my womanness, my Blackness—not as something separate, but as a lived reminder that nothing is missing. You already have what you need.

Which is why I support people in reconnecting with themselves, listening to their bodies, and moving toward what they truly desire.

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to support you in reconnecting with yourself.
